k1111 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the k1111 platform ("the Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("T&C") in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these T&C, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

k1111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these T&C at any time without prior notice. The version published on the Platform at any given time is the binding version. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&C.

2. Eligibility

Use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum — no exceptions will be made. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You are acting as an individual and on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You do not hold an existing k1111 account, whether active, dormant, or previously suspended.
• You are not self-excluded from gambling platforms or subject to any legal prohibition on gambling in your jurisdiction.

k1111 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately and any funds held may be withheld pending investigation.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access real-money games and betting on k1111, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. k1111 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information.

One Account Per Player

Each player may maintain only one account on k1111. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, mobile number, payment method, or device — constitutes a material breach of these T&C. k1111 will close all duplicate accounts, void any associated winnings, and may permanently ban the player from the Platform.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k1111 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. k1111 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact k1111 support immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on k1111 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform does not apply currency conversion charges. Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. k1111 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

Deposit Conditions

Deposits are credited to your k1111 account balance upon successful confirmation of the transaction by the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier page and may be subject to change. k1111 does not accept deposits from third parties — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made using a method that does not belong to you will be returned and the account may be suspended.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but withdrawals will be held until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where k1111 determines an alternative method is appropriate based on account verification status.

6. Responsible Gaming

The Platform provides a range of player-controlled tools to assist with managing gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible directly from account settings at any time. Players who wish to take a temporary or permanent break from gambling are encouraged to use the self-exclusion feature or to contact k1111 support for assistance. k1111 treats all self-exclusion requests seriously and processes them without delay.

k1111 maintains a strict minimum age policy: no person under the age of 21 may register or use the Platform under any circumstances. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be closed immediately, all activity will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source after identity is confirmed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k1111 Platform. Breach of any of the following will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or support interactions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical exploit to gain an unfair advantage in any game, betting market, or promotional activity on the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit game mechanics, or artificially inflate bonuses or promotional returns.
• Engaging in money laundering, using the Platform to process proceeds of crime, or making deposits and withdrawals with no genuine intention to participate in gaming activity.
• Attempting to access any area of the Platform for which you are not authorised, interfering with Platform infrastructure, or attempting to reverse-engineer any aspect of the Platform's software or systems.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the k1111 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, images, audio, and video — is the property of k1111 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express written permission of k1111.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k1111 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

k1111 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. k1111 makes no representations about the suitability of the Platform's content for any particular purpose. Technical faults may occasionally affect game availability or result in incomplete game rounds; in such cases k1111 will act reasonably to restore service and will apply fair resolution procedures to any affected bets or game sessions.

10. Amendments to These Terms

k1111 reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. Where a material change is made, k1111 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players — for example by displaying a notice on the Platform or sending a message to the registered contact details on file. The updated T&C will take effect from the date of publication on the Platform. If you do not agree with the amended T&C, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of any remaining balance in your account, subject to the verification requirements described in Section 4.
